I started losing weight on Jan 1st of this year and in the last 7 months I went from 299.8 to 250.2. This was done with no exercise and nothing but a good diet. You would be surprised just how much the food you eat matters. My plan is to get down to 240 and then start lifting and running to keep the intensity up till I get under 200. Hope to see you under 200 as well, keep up the good work!
