do you guys know he is also inspired by "Bulle Shah's" and have also sung he words, heres the link: Echoes Of Sufi Chants - Kafi Bulleh Shah - Allan Fakir
I so moved by this but it require a melancholy God loving characteristic empathy for someone to understand... that's I didn't uploaded it to my facebook, it hard to anybody to understand who do understand you!
Proud to be a Sindhi - nothing but Sindhi. Sindh is my beautiful motherland, my great fatherland - 7,000 to 10,000 years old Civilisation. Sindh is mother of all mothers! Sindh is Cradle of Civilisation. Sindh is my mother. I love you Mother Sindh! Long Live Sindh!
i've never been moved to tears before... this song and its melody is so deep, it touches your soul. I don't understand what he is saying at all, but what a song!!!
When music is sung from the heart the way he sings, it matters not your religion, nationalty or culture. (I happen to be Italian). I was so uplifted even though I do not understand the words at all. We are ONE.
Very beautiful very beautiful , how much positive his innocently lovely face his , a face full with humanity and Almighty Allah 's Love. Please look into his eyes at 2:14 , eyes who show off some kind of winning over life and getting near to Almighty ,very lovely .Wish , I wish I could 've sit down with him once in my life.
his voice is so mesmerizing. although i did not know any meaning of what he was singing, yet i felt completely spell bound by his voice. he was a unique singer.
Music born in two sides of river indus in SINDH thousand of years ago. Sounds turned into melodies over period of time and went to Europ with Gypsies migrating from Cholistan and Thar. You may find Mai Bhagi in vocals of Medonna.
such a moving voice, and a sweet language, wish i could understand it, the Sufi tradition a tradition of Love and compasion and it beautifies Islam in every aspect
Hey m47nu, thanks a lot! But is it all he is singing? I think there is more to it you didn't mention.
Unfortunately, we all (Karachiites) learn Sindhi all through our school life (from primary uptill almost the end of high school) yet still we always feel too much struggling in keeping it with us later in our lives!
And a real hero he was, coming from deep inside of the slums of the Sindh province, unable to read and write, yet receiving the highest civilian award in the country, and he touched people's minds and souls with his eccentric music, and he was a good man. May Allah bless his soul, and may he rest in peace.
His voice literally sends chills down your spine. This man was a true legend, indeed Pride of Pakistan, but we're such a zaleel nation that we demoted him to the post of a peon at the Institute of Sindhology. When he died on July the 4th, 2000, no one cared. The news of his demise didn't even make the front pages, and stories of him being financially depressed during his last days surfaced, but no one shed a fucking tear. What a way to treat a real hero.
I'm heartbroken after reading your comment. I would've hugged him if I saw him and would have done everything in my power to take care of him. Ah, what a voice, what a voice...
Allan Faqir was great poet of Sindh Pakistan, he was born in Manjhand Jamshoro and worked in Sindhiology University of Sindh, he was folk singer of Sindh Valey, i appriciate these kind of songs must be posted on internet that sindhis and other nations as well take intrest in our culture and it must be published all over the world sites that peopels watch our culture and i am sure they will appriciate it
Nice to hear his voice after a long time. He is a legendary singer and was the one who introduced folk music to us. Such a big loss and his songs still brings joy to the heart. If anyone has more of his songs that is not availiable, please can you put on youtube.

When red petals will blossom in Sissoo trees,
Yes, that time will bring us to meet again.
When cranes will migrate back forming flock after flock,
Yes, that time will bring us to meet again.
Tears will run over our cheeks, shining like crystals,
Yes, that time will bring us to meet again.
Days of separation are nothing but a childish mistake, we will meet again.
