@BlogilatesTV Stress fracture a year ago and my foot didn't heal right...So being on my toes like that for too long, causes it to swell. It's okay though. You have a lot of amazing workouts that I really look forward to doing everyday. Also, thanks for such a great variety. I love being able to wake up and go through all the videos to see which one fits my mood for that day..You are amazing.
Cassey, you are KILLING me! Was pretty sick and I somehow hurt a muscle near my ribcage while coughing (sexy, right?) so I wasn't able to really work out for a while, but now I'm BACK and loving it.

During the Candle Dip, do we put our upper body directly over the hips? I don't feel much when I do that at first...I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, lol:)

How exactly do you do the first part with your elbows? I tried but it didn't feel like it had the same effect and I didn't really feel any muscles working..
I coudn't do the cobra ones :/ It's so damn hard! I am not gonna give up though... Yestudray I did it and today as well... I can already feel the improvement from the day before. Hope that soon I am gonna be able to do all of them with ease :)
@diam0ndddd Ive done this for about 3 almost 4 weeks now ... and I can honestly say that my waist has grown smaller and my belly is now flat as a pancake :) just kidding, but yeah, these videos give results, all of them! And if you follow a healthy diet, you will(like me) loose 1ibs each week. GOOD LUCK!

But keep trying.If you really can't do it than try Pop pilates for begginers.You will get stronger and eventually you will literarly enjoy the burn ^^
