  • I want video complete,please!!!

  • @alezandersantiago me too!!!

  • the outer layer of bone is replaced ever 3-4 months under normal conditions, so for this technique to work one would have to make sure to train on a weekly basis and not give the bones to long of a break or else they will be reduced to normal density again.

  • does this have any side effects? like when u get older

  • @ThOutRider2 Probably not. Because since the bones are denser than a normal human being's bones, your body is probably more durable. Even with age. Then again, I don't know much about this.

  • @ThOutRider2 I hear it has side affects on people that dont keep up with it at old age. But alot of martial artist seem very young at even the age of 80-95 that do this training.

  • @girtrute thanks girtrute :)

  • is this true for the shin bone?

  • @MikeTysonEatsKids yes its true for all bones in the body

  • i hear people can grow taller by sprinting and cycling cause it stretches the legs. Is this why?

  • Actually, your bones stop growing when you turn 30 or so. This is why we dont get any taller after a certain age. When you turn around 30, all you can do is maintain the level of calcium in your bones, or, if you do not have a healthy life, decrease the amount of it.

  • Does anyone know if this bone building through stress can be done on someone who only starts training like this in their 40's or is it something that only really happens as the bone is growing and the person is not yet an adult? The reason I ask is I an 45 and was thinking of practicing conditioning like this, but wonder if by starting later in life am I doomed to failure.

  • Human bones are constantly removing and building up calcium. Osteoclasts remove calcium and the bone cells deposit calcium to maintain a balance. You can change that balance by stressing the bone at every age. But age influences calcium uptake from food which can lead to higher risk of osteoporosis at an advanced age.

  • this happens at any age, of course the younger the better, but is like when you break a bone, it will heal doing this. You can train this at any age but you will have to take the precautions concidering the age you have.

  • the guy in the beginning who breaks the cement bricks look like Eric Bischoff

  • with this being said i have also read that there is a converse to this, meaning over time if you were to stop this hard training your bones will return to a weaker state, does anyone have any knowledge on this.

  • I seriously doubt it. I would think a solid structure like a bone would maintain whatever it's structure was until altered again in some way.

  • yes , your bones will become weaker .

Human bones are formed to be most functional with less energy needed . So , if body thinks there is no need for bones to wight 20 kilos or something , it will shrink them to 18 so it consumes less energy ...

  • true

  • fighting love science power puff girlz Z :D

  • -Thats don't kill you make you stronger !!

  • erm..what law did he say it was? and what to eat to get it growin back

  • idunnosia he said it was "wolff's law", look up - Julius Wolff.

  • Wolff's Law

  • Thanks for the upload. I've been looking quite some time for a video the really explains this.

  • dude there is no way im gonna go try kicking a telephone pole, im 90% sure my leg will snap lol

  • You could get a heavy bag or some Thai Pads and go from there ;)

  • @BZLIAN99 or just start with hitting the body part on something kinda hard... like a solid table

what ive been doing. i beat my hand against a tin computer case side for like 20 minutes straight. and i have been hitting it on the corners of tables in school (hard solid tables, not lame desks)

    it actually works

i barely feel these impacts on my hand

  • pft i can do that....

  • lol XD

  • Video please?

  • This is great that they explain how bones become denser. I do muay thai, and my coaches have always told me about strengthing bones by kicking hard bags. When I tell other people about this they think it's crazy to harden bones. It also shows what not to do, some people deaden nerves by hitting their shins, but this doesn't strengthen bones (just nerve damage). Everyone should watch this. It explains everything perfectly.

  • I also sad that the more hard stuff that you punch the more harder the bone becomes. But everybody sad to me that i am full of Sh**t.They sad that the muscles become stronger and not the bones.(The muscles also become strong) Nut now when this documentary came out.Every body are quiet, hehe.

  • if your looking for body conditioning for the shins search for this video by frankylau: Lau Family Hung Gar - The chambers about half way through you will see my sifu training his lower leg developing tiger bone is a slow process it takes many months, years of repetitive training. note this is a hung gar video being shown but u get the idea

  • To strengthen the shinbones you can also tap them with the knuckles ove and over all over your shins and roll a cylindrical stick like the one used by mexicans to make homemade tortillas and finish by tapping it with knuckles. You do it lightly as a begining then over time you can add more pressure.

  • To remodel your shins you kick certain objects with your shin (preferably thai kicks), things like a hard bag, telephone poles, and sand bags. Another way is to role short wooden dowels or something similar to the latter (like escrima sticks) which is what i usually do...and no weights won't make your bones stronger...

  • actually weights do make your bones stronger

not as much as htting things but it is shown that it does have an effect on bones

  • hey sky how's your shinbone technique doing? I figure since Limb Lengthening results can take months/years it would be the same for shinbone, no?

  • damnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • so how do you apply that to shinbones? batter your knee with clubs??

  • well.. i just kick a hard bag. or like in my muay thai gym.. they have those kicking bag stands you know? but instead of the typical tae kwon do pads on it, they have tires.. lol. obviously you gotta start out weaker when kicking.

  • doing weights can make bones tougher as well cant it?

  • yup

  • I hope he eats dairy products .

  • there is more calcium in brocolli

    trufax

  • Sky hey bro
