After watching this im thinking... Various ancestors of desmond who have visited these temples before. Soo a wide range of assassins, Timelines and Settings. I do understand that if this was to happen it would lack a lot of character development, but it would still be cool!

Obviously it has to introduce a new era, otherwise, AC:R wouldn't have been the end of Ezio/Altair's life, and Ubisoft wouldn't have put that official location survey online >.<

But if having multiplayer means shortening the singleplayer story and not focusing so much on it, then I prefer not having multiplayer at all. I found Brotherhood too short, but even though I felt Revelations was short, I didn't feel it was too short (Maybe because I liked it more)
What I really want is another AC as long as AC2 and to have as many cities as AC2 (2-3 big cities aprox.)
@GottaloveMuse1 I hope they can because I doubt they will drop the multiplayer. If they take more time developing (another year at least) they might be able to have an almost perfect singelplayer and a great multiplayer, but I doubt they wait a year to release AC3... anyway I always hope for the best ^.^

This predictions are wrong, Ubisoft confirmed Assassin's Creed Revelations would end of the story of Ezio & Altiair. Assassin's Creed III will be mostly about Desmond because (Spoiler Alert)! he wakes up at the end of Revelatiosn from his coma.

I think that it will mainly be Desmond but their might be something in the animas, and if so, I vote 1800 (ish) England, around the time of the industrial revolution :)
America during its revolution. There would be plenty of British troops/ guards/ or patrols to be an occupying force. Guns are still muzzle loaded at this time period so they cant be too unbalanced. And there would still be the element of water; plenty of supply ships to sabotage.
I think it would be interesting to follow a new ancestor around 15-1600 in a nothern country. Would be a nice change of environment since all of the previous games have been in countries in southern Europe.
Though it would also be very cool to actually be a modern time-Assassin. Either Desmond out on action filled missions or something else that would blow us away.
They should base it in Moscow, and they should put a mission were the Assassin your playing as follows Ezio's footsteps and goes back to Firenze and Masayf? :L

I think that there will be another organisation that the game will be based on other than Lucy, Desmond and the other two. So it'll be other people and so new assassins and against different templars.

What I do hope is that they will use a different era, hopefully not very futuristic, maybe something like England, Victorian age and a different assassin. I mean seriously 4 AC games and 2 assassins ? The developers used the same physics and graphics engine so a different character wouldn't be so difficult to create
