Madden Greatest Teams Franchise Rosters

Really, Matt Hasselback is a 92 overall, Trent Dilfer an 81, but HOF QB Jim Kelly only a 75? And how is Bruce Smith only a 92 when he holds the NFL record for most sacks of all time? I don't mean this as a complaint, just asking. These are surprisingly fun videos to watch, by the way; it's pretty interesting to watch an NFL where all teams have the potential to be relevant.

u got charles haley at 80 ovr? wtf? and u have flozell adams and marc colombo on the cowboys which is probably the 90s cowboys but they didnt even play on those teams. hell colombo wasnt even in high school yet.

@jtxhorns I didnt update the names of the O-Line because they dont appear in the stat sheet and doesnt make a difference in the season. I updated the overall rankings of the line for that spot on the team. I did update some of the O-Line's names but I already spent over a month updating the skill positions so the names weren't really all that vital before starting the franchise in my mind.

@Chargerdude95 well i tell u that u didnt make their o-line good enough. dallas had a very dominant o-line back then. and yes having a good o-line matters alot if u expect to do anything. if u go to profootballreference it has every team and their depth charts for every year. this is what i will use to make my greatest teams rosters for madden 11.

@jtxhorns ProFootballReference is exactly what I used to figure out these rosters. I am human though so if I missed a few Im sorry but I realize I make mistakes. You will realize that when editing 53 players for 32 teams which is a total of 1,696 players from the greatest teams era which hasn't been on previous Maddens so a huge majority is just you judging their attributes based on stats, there is room for error. But, I wanna see you do it. I hope it starts soon. I will watch.

@Chargerdude95 actually i will be using madden 08 on my pc which has loads of great teams including all of the ones that are in your season. it even has ever franchises all time team. the only thing is coming up with a conversion from madden 08 to madden 11. this is what i will attempt to do. i realize this is a tough task that u accomplished. its just the classic of u didnt make my team good enough thing lol.

@Chargerdude95 well u could do each franchises all time players. putting the best players that ever played for each franchise. that would be interesting. but i think if u do that then every player should only play for one team instead of having like 5 of the same guy.

@sojiroT internet. I looked up stats and out the attributes that made sense to the players that weren't already made in the Hall of Fame roster of Madden. I mean with Randy Moss of the Vikings he obviously is 99 speed, 99 agility, about probably 96-98 catching, 95-99 route running, 99 stamina, and all that good stuff.

But first, even if you don't have Skype, do you have any sort of IM contact I can use? It's not that we can't communicate through YouTube, but YouTube's communication kind of sucks because you never know when someone's online and when they're not, and I can tell both of us check this video at the wrong times for responses.

When you have players who you show the ovr rating of but not the specifics, can I just play around until it matches the ovr rating or will it not be accurate unless I do things as they actually do it.

Because for the specifics you didn't show, I had no clue what to customize.

I just want things to be as accurate as possible.

I just want the specifics for the Eagles 2004 roster.. because the one I made seems to be inaccurate as to playing style. McNabb wont throw to TO for some reason and they suck terribly.
