you get it by winning the goron races at the house were the blacksmith is yu take the gld that you win in th races and he will make that sword for free xD

No. It's a Gilded Sword. You get it near snowhead in that sword sharpening place. You have to win the goron races to get gold dust which is required to make the gilded sword.

4 are in each 4 corners of the pirates fortress, and the other 3 are at pinnacle rock, just be sure to look through all the caves there though, that places really tested my patience :P
