Alpha wave, first time i hear about it. Any explanation for a guy who just started meditating and using binoral beats? PS: what a scary experience i had for the past two weeks lmao trying to advance to fast is really really really scary but i survived :D

@GhostDog3 Alpha frequencies are just above theta - and stimulate simular but more mild experiences - can be used for relaxation or while working on creative projects and so on. This track however is just the enjoyment of music with the stimulating alpha waves.google alpha brainwaves and read about it and its associated effects.
