Its difficult to chase trains in and out of there but a good place. Also you can get to that tall trestle you see from 97.
I can send you them too.

YA we planned to hit Dry Canyon trestle, but we ended up BS-ing with another railfan who was at Black Butte Jct. for awhile so we lost quite a bit of time ;)
