Not In Ga Law, Read the Law I did! There was a man charged with Vehc.homocide after the autopsy report showed she was pregnant, the women did'nt even know yet! He was not only charged, but was convicted! This is a Red state, Laws are not the same in every state concerning this issue!

It's illogical ...... what happens to cryogenically preserved embryos that aren't selected and discarded with medical waste in georgia?? what happens in IVF cases where he blastocyst is rejected?
