It says their closing down at the end of July so their having sales on lens that's why I ordered and I have never previously ordered from them....

I didn't pay through paypal through cheque :( anyway I can get my money back? They whavent responded to emails in days I've sent a few am I getting ripped off? :o!

@thisishowitgoes32 Oops sorry I didn't see this message. Sorry I don't know if you can get your money back - I know if you paid through PayPal you probably could have. Maybe you can try calling your bank to see if you cna get your money back. I hope they reply to you soon because my friend just ordered from them too. Next time you order online, please only use PayPal - I've been scammed many times and PayPal saved me so much money from irresponsible companies.

Hey! i wanted to get a pair that will make my eyes look bigger, but i want the most natural-looking one. I have brown eyes so i definetly want a browny-black type of color. Which one would you recommend from their website? The most natural one that still makes your pupil bigger?

TCL messed up my order. been over 2 months and still no contacts and when I tried to get in touch with them for a refund, they stopped replying completely.

:( must be bad luck for me. but just letting everyone know my experience with TCL.

yes i did. i wanted to file a dispute but apparently i can only do that within 45 days after payment and it has already been more than 2 months.

I'm sorry you had to go through that, that's horrible. I hope your issue gets resolved. I too am having problems with 2 websites facefront and beautychoice. It's been over a month and I haven't received my packages and when i contacted the company i got no response. hopefully paypal will get my money back.i guess we have to be more careful when ordering online =(

my eyes are really dark almost black , i want to try circle lenses but don't know what ones to choose.What do you suggest ?

I recommend the Angel Series for the true circle lens effect. My eyes are very dark naturally as well and colors show up on me fine

Hi! Well even if you were to purchase prescription lenses from the store you would have to prepay. You can buy circle lenses from many stores in person in plano only but expect to pay a lot more. You should always use PayPal when ordering anything online that way you don't have to give away your credit card number to all these different companies, and also you know your money is secure if anything goes wrong

thanks girl! you should never wear lenses for more than 8 hours, and wearing plano lenses with glasses should be fine
