You have lovely guitars (especially the Suhr), but i think that a good part of your beautiful tone comes from your hands. This partly explains the similarity between the two instruments. Anyway, the Suhr seems to have a better intonation along the fretboard. Am I wrong?

@immaboogieman hello, well it's difficult to say, because I don't own these guitars, I just test them. It depends a lot of your style of playing, your amp, your cables, effects etc. Still, I actually prefer Suhr guitars over the Fender Custom Shop...but my Fender pre-CBS Stratocaster will slave them all...;-)

Well, there is no secret out there, I've used the stock pickups: Fender Custom Shop 1960 single coils for the Strat and JST SSH+ humbucker and JST FL singles coils for the Suhr.
