This guy was a loser. He picked the 3 pokemon best for countering Togekiss. I know it's the smart thing to do, but it is just being a cheap, bad-sport kind of person. I would have tried to win without those 3. But atleast he didn't win.

Specifically, it's the menu theme. Sampling Masters are an amazing group of composers (they also scored the Street Fighter EX series, among other).

My cousin bought the first PlayStation at launch, and bought Ridge Racer and another title or two along with it.
