Very true, it's more effective to work out when u dont need it as much, then the weight flys off. Most people will wait until they are too big for their own good, get disgusted, lose motivation and eat more.. Good to see u getting healthy:)

This is so true. This reminds me of a video I just watched uploaded by Shandasays.......she speaks on the same subject. I think alot of women are phenomenal and do these things. We just tend to do them for the wrong person, then we end up getting hurt, and then we get discouraged to do it for anyone else. Like you said that's why it should be saved for the one you walk down the aisle with. Because those are things that you should be saving for your husband.

I live in Conyers and me and my husband celebrated our 15 year anniversary yesterday. I got married when I was 19 and he was 21. He served in the Navy for 14 years and he always came home to a clean house and sometimes food done depending when he got off work. I don't understand why a women would not want to do that after your partner has been working hard to take care of you and the kids (we have 5). When he was out to sea...which was a lot... I learned how to pick up the slack!

Great vid!! so glad you spoke to this. My beu is older than me by a significnt # of yrs and as a result he is used to women who are nurturing and understand how to tke care of their man. Luckily I hve n excellent example in my mother so I know first hand how to cater to wht my beau needs and wnts from me.
