It's not that confusing Tenko has used taka/tamahomes memory crystals and formed a fake version that looks like the old Tamahome. The real Tamahome is still Taka reincarnated but he hasn't got the crystals yet. Hope that explains it a bit better I was confused when I first watched it and read the manga too lol :)

@Siwikiwi123 Taka is the real Tamahome reincarnated, and the 'Tamahome' that came to them is a creation of Tenko. When he stole the memory gems he didn't really destroy them. He took them and gave it to the fake Tamahome, making him seem real. That's why he has the powers and memories.
