D-G chord progressions? Wish I knew something about guitar. I like the old Spanish guitar sound in one part of it. Makes me think of another time and place. @jesse - for hundreds of years I-V progressions have been everywhere. Because of the natural tunings of guitars etc etc that have developed, it has just become the 2 chord turnaround that is everywhere. I could name 30+ songs that I know alone that are D-G. Probably alot of songs I listen to I dont realise they are also just D-G.

Thats music. The chords are the guy-ropes for emotion, taking you on the musical path. But rhythm, lyric etc provide the adventure.
