  • a lot of people i know who knew about what went on said they were mucking about with unproven and poor theory exercises.

  • @Gantzer1 this problem was addressed and the coroner's inquest of 1993 made recommendations....... for those in command and up to date pilot documentation......that day my brother was the third pilot and was contemplating whether or not to go on that flight that particular day....he had a choice.....those men weren't "mucking around". Rest in peace my beloved brother

  • @andie221 well i dont believe anything any government says because they are all inherantly corrupt. Just go take a look at japan right now, telling fukashima residents its okay to go back when all evidence points toward large sections of japan now unihabitable for the next 40 thousand years.

I've never heard a straight answer from a government body and I doubt I ever will.

  • My father told me they were practising a "double aysimetric" This is shutting down two engines on one side. He expressed great concern at this, having flown the 707 for Qantas since 1959 till 1972 he had never had any engine failures.

  • Thanks for posting these videos. Not much info about the crash but it was very significant and remains the largest aircraft to ever crash in Australia
