im proud of the welsh guards for being the welsh guards but the war in iraq and afghnaistan is still illegal and wrong.the only comfort is that the afghans are probably better off having welsh soldiers there than yanks or english soldiers

Not sure where to start..other than with You ignorant tw^t!! We are not at war..Our troops are out in Afghanistan trying to bring stability and peace as we have been since the 1860's.. apart from a period in the 1970/80's during which time the Taliban formed. Your problem is with the politicians not our brave troops!!

@Bluebirdlui no offence but as an ex raf regt man i can confirm that we ARE at war. Never mind the politician speak, when someone is putting rounds down and they are cracking over your head, you fire back and you want to kill them...thats war mate.....you tell anyone on the ground in Afghanistan they aint at war they will smash you....the politicians aint at war, they dont have the balls, but the troops are fighting for their lives and their mates lives, not the queen and not the country!

i was with your dad on panthers claw when we were ambushed, take it from me kid, your dad is more than a hero, he is one of the bravest men i had the pleasure to serve with. He is one of the coolest and toughest men i know under fire and he still managed to laugh even when we thought we were not going to make it. One thing wrong with your dad though, tell him he runs to fast. also tell him moose said hello, he will know who i am.
