@traineespark An inch and 3/4 line has a decent abmount of flexability, but has good stopping and penetrating power, it also flows a good amount of water aswell, the line they are using i dont eleive i have seen before
@Splintermvp13 Its a inch and a half fire behaviour line... not for fire knock down as such but for gas cooling etc... About 60m long extendible to 120m. Does 100litres a min. Its the ones we use in ireland anyway....
@Splintermvp13 the HRJ is actually a very decent line and is perfectly capable of knocking back and extinguishing a blaze. if they find it lacking they just increase the bar pressure on the line.
The pumps didn't have that far to travel, the fire station is literally a few hundred metres away!
