Well you see. God is screwed up because everything he tried to make has failed to live up to what he wanted in the beginning. He made adam and eve and they weren't perfect. They had a son who murdered the other son. God had to destroy cities because of lust but he screwed up again and let two girls have sex with their dad. God finally got mad and flooded the whole world because he couldn't make humans right. But that killed all of the innocence to.
god is NOT a theory! god isnt even a hypothesis. evolution IS a scientific fact. the theory of evoluton is the " why evolution happens". altho unlikely, if a flaw is found it will be corrected or replaced with a better theory. as for mutation, natural selection, & genetic drift, these are facts & CANNOT be changed.
While I don't support the view (if I understand this correctly) it is also important to remember that without God/our Creator acknowledged in the Constitution, the next place to gain rights from would be government.
And anything government can give you, it can also take away.
"God/our creator" is NOT mentioned any where in the Constitution. Show me where "God/our creator" is mentioned. The only mention of religion/god is in Article 6 "There shall be no religious test shall be required as a qualification to any public office"

You said it is in the constitution. You are quoting the Declaration NOT the Constitution which is the only law in this country. The Declaration is NOT the law. The Declaration has no legal standing in this country. You still have not shown where in the Constitution that God/our creator is mentioned.
