It's not a harp cover, just computerized output. Don't get me wrong, it sounds nice (liked!), but I play the real thing, so I can hear a huge difference.

@WoWfan332 Thats ingame, LOTRO has a built in music mechanic called ABC format. Imagine it as a music box if you will. ABC files nowadays are converted from MIDI files.
