Most cats won't walk with things attached to them, like a harness or something stuck to them that is not usually there. They make collar cams though and unless your cats don't usually wear collars then that would probally be your best bet if they don;'t wear them only takes a day tops folr the cat to get used to a collar and go back to its usual daily activities.
