We need more younger leaders like Manmohan Singh. If India is able to produce leaders like Manmohan -his insight, his farsightedness, his calm composure, his intellect -India will be able to rise up way further than most developed nations.
What at this point we really need is infrastructure and routing corruption. We really need to address corruption in our country because this is exactly why we remain underdeveloped. Those with money basically rule the rest.
well money plays a big role in politics everywhere. there is corruption everywhere too. Those countries that have less of corruption are those that have more wealth and separation of powers between different arms of government to maintain a system of checks and balances.
Finally Politics is expensive but no politics is even more expensive. We have to think of ways to fund politics in a cleaner way &pay our elected officials better to attract young minds who will otherwise prefer private sector
