Yoy know, you dont need to take an engine apart to get it out, just undo the pipes, undo the bell housing from the gear box and aaway it goes.. (with a hoist on it first) so it dont drop
The Opel's repair manual called for the engine to be removed from the bottom. I had to remove the head due to the fact I wasn't able to jack the car up that high safely for clearance.

No German, in 1972 Opel became the second largest automotive manufacturer in Germany.
They sold them in Europe and US though.
