My copy has been played SO many times, the grooves are nearly white!! It's been DECADES since I heard a nice clean copy!! This is the first time I ever noticed that there were two drum tracks!!

this song is amazing, its one of those classic songs im sur ei heard when i was younger (im 22), but recently heard it at the beginning of Tropic Thunder and was blown away by it, i knew it had to be an old classic. Never knew who it was until today thanks for the upload!

So many people want to romanticise the 60's but what I remember most is tremendous upheaval and no real, reference point(s)for everything America was going through. Peace and love? Yeah, mabye, depending on where you were but mostly change and alot of chaos. Don't get me wrong,I'm not overlooking all of the positive things, too numerous to menttion here, it's just that this song, like no other,reminds me of what it was like at ground level for alot of us.
