  • THIS SONG IS STILL IS STILL CURRENT TRUE AND THRU TODAY'S ISSUES,TELL ME WHAT HAS REALLY CHANGED? AND THINK THINGS WER'NT HALF AS BAD THEN AS THEY ARE NOW, ITS TRULY A PROPHETIC SONG.

  • A lot of times if i watch a video and I really think it was put together well, I'll say, "NICELY DONE". That would be an understatement in this case. TERRIS1959 you really "hooked this one up". This is one of the better ones that I've come across here on youtube. I just planned on "watchin" the video. But this one HAS to be added to my "favorites" list.

  • WOW! Thanks for the comment & the post!

  • excellent video and song.

  • 60s doom and gloom still preached today. Only thing good is this was a good dance song back in junior high

  • things haven't changed at all...and the beat goes on...

  • this was made way befoe it's time, a profit that came true

  • If you grew up in Gary, Indiana (like I did) in the '60's...this was your theme song!! And I am white.

  • @GREATWHITE2 This song was in 1970 and I grew up with it! I was nine at the time

  • This song is even more truthful now than ever.

  • You have spoken, quite possibly, the ultimate truth.

  • This song came out in 1970 on Motown's Gordy label!

  • chill

  • Great video! Thank you for sharing. Love the song. The Temptations are awesome.

  • Bravo!

  • HAHAHA perfect video for the song good job who ever did this...teacher(christ) and bush sucking america like a vampire HAHAH classic.

  • it is so true,it`s easy to start a war but it`s so difficult to end it,USA leaders can end it now at anytime &in many ways but they dont wont bcoz they dont care about USarmy troops lives & Iraqis too,it is all lies,Bush like Sadam but he is for America,we hope as iraqis will live in peace &all US troops will go back safely to their home&families.

  • this was made in the 70s you jackass. Bite my American ass you moron!!!!!!!!!!

  • snjetube

  • chill

  • Used to play this song on the music express ride at the fair

  • Love the video. Great job. And love the song. Reminds me of being a kid in the 60's.

  • Awesome job on the video, by the way. Sorry I went off. But this hits me in a way I cannot even describe. And I am sick of the lies and the blood.

  • If only the solution to the Iraq War was as simple as making that video ( great Job ). Unfortunately this is not the case.

I thank God for President Bush daily.

His solutions may not be popular today......... but history will respect his efforts.

People are never happy when the truth is handed to them. We finally got a straight forward talking President and the people don't want the truth.

  • Know what the truth is? The truth is our president is keeping us in a country in which our task is finished in order to construct a pipeline for oil. The truth is we've done our job. The truth is we've trained their troops. We did what we set out to do. Now it's up to them. We're there under the guise of protection when it's money and power we're there for. Do you have anyone over there? I did. Thank God that girl came back alive. A lot didn't. Believe the lies or think for yourself.

  • Sorry, I had to say one more thing. I respect opinions and apologise to anyone I've offended. I support the troops and what they have to do while they are in that hell. My daughter was one of them, and she may be going back. She does so out of duty, and I respect that. But the reason we went there in the first place is no longer valid. And I cannot support this war. Our President is responsible for the weekly murder of people he was elected to serve. Their deaths are meaningless.

  • Do you actually pay attention to what is going on in the world? Bush is either the dumbest guy on the planet or the biggest liar; you pick. Either way his whole presidency is a joke.

  • So many people want to romanticise the 60's but what I remember most is tremendous upheaval and no real, reference point(s)for everything America was going through. Peace and love? Yeah, mabye, depending on where you were but mostly change and alot of chaos. Don't get me wrong,I'm not overlooking all of the positive things, too numerous to menttion here, it's just that this song, like no other, reminds me of what it was like at ground level for alot of us.

  • You're right... I grew up in Gary, Indiana in the 60's. I remember when my friends & I played together and had so much fun. Then something erupted and they hated me because I was white.

  • Rap on brother rap on

  • love transcends all colour and race-be your self!!

  • God is love. Stay up people.

  • @wildcats2012 This was released in May of 1970 as Gordy 7099
