@laurenhillmedia In my experience , clay moves after you've made the model on it's own.. so the arms probably just slowly sank down a bit while it was being filmed :P

Guys you can't seriously ask " oh how did he do the ice part" unless you've never used even the most basic video editor..

He obviously filmed the ice melting with a still camera, sped it up in editing, reversed it in editing.

its not pivot, its flash. its a really good software. i love it, but i am not good at it. lol.

hey, it's not too hard. Just get Stop Motion Pro, or SMP, or the Junior version to start out, and then just get a decent camera, and then just make your movements careful, and I guarantee you'll do an excellent job. My animations aren't as good as Mamshmam's, but they're decent. (You can check out my channel if you want me to prove it. ((hehe)))

1.) Do you ABSOLUTELY have to have a Firewire to use stop motion? Can I can use a USB cable from my Sony digital Powershot?
