Ok steak is overcooked(well done is not "well",doctors say medium rare or medium well iw safe to eat) and also top it with gorganzola cheese and melt it. Or if not add some cracked black peppercorn A1 steaksauce. Never ketchup, it isnt exactly hamburger standard meat....that is all.
