i went yesterday to the Portland, Oregon showing we were pretty close we were on floor row 26 out of about 70 rows we had the best seats then anyone from our school did and Miley was freakin awesome and jb was freakin hot AND awesome as always lol

Actually, I don't think she really was lip syncing. If you listen to any videos really you can tell she's singing live, especially in "Right Here". She probably had a super soft backtrack with her but all I hear is her actual singing.
