Besides the huge satsuma in he video it may have to do that there is a japanese winter custom where you sit under a kototsu and eat mikan, it is supposed to be a pleasent experience where it would bring together family. So just like a the mikan brings together a loving family on those cold winter days the song helps bring you to your love. (kinda opaque but its all i could come up with)
