God Bless America ,

  • people have loans that why they look good . the fed gave the banks 9 Trillion and more 2008

and did the same thing in 2009 so they look good .gave the auto billions in loans so they

    look good

  • -MERS is a criminal operation, but also- 'speculators' "flipping-houses" in a frenzy were a huge part of problem (-should have been required to pay 50%-Dwn.Pmt.), -their greed drove-up prices, causing legitimate house-buyers (sole-property live-in) to pay an artificially inflated-price! Thus, Foreclosure-court Judges need take far more lenient view of legitimate Sole/home-buyers that paid a substantial down-payment, but became impacted by downturn of the economy and resulting loss of income..!!

  • I did look into the CDO stuff and.. can anybody tell me who owns what loan? Ever since loans are sold who owns what?

  • ...LIE CHEAT STEAL...thats the American Dream!...

  • Everybody is to blame for housing bubble, but the most belongs to the borrowers. It you were TOO STUPID, like these interviewees, than YOU deserve be HOMELESS.

  • @thanggnguyen you are ignorant and a fucking asshole. Greed caused this. Corporate greed and wall street. Many families lost their home because they lost their job because of the bubble. I would punch you in your fucking mouth if i was in front of you.

  • @JuniorPlanters let me guess. you were on the wrong end of the housing bubble

  • payment are traps

  • Sounds like surviving in America is really hard. Elsewhere isn't easy either but somehow I feel more protected in Europe. If I lived in the US I'd be in constant fear of being arrested for something I haven't done or being asked for money that I don't really owe. Am I being paranoid or is it really that way?

  • Mortgage disaster in 1987 when Reagan appointed Greenspan as Chairman of Fed to implement his deregulation policies. This process started it then and it crashed and burned in 2008.

  • What is really sad is Obama is doing a big fat nothing about letting these Banksters get away with this. He should be forcing them to Remove all interest and set the payment terms to a reasonable amount that can work for people.

  • @MyITRcom

Obama knows who his masters are and who he is serving!

imagine any president giving 2 trillions to 30 million poor americans and now imagine him giving 2 trillion to a couple of banks! what is more realistic in the good morning sunny america?

  • Thanks Christy. I know I was right 4 years ago.

  • I hate CountryWide!! I was defrauded by one of their loan officers. I lost my house and bankrupt. I had excellent credit. I should sue them to reverse my bankruptcy and for the loss of my house.

  • I think you should sue them also. Don't fret, we reap what we sow; they will get theirs, just you wait and see.
