I had them round today..
said the had a signal, think it might have been due to the RETUNE , and my association upgraded the ariel and fitted new socket..
the engineer had to tune my tv and use his own cable..
all checked that i do not view channels just its a big computer screen and i watch youtube and other iplayers :)
