u play like 3-5-6(frets) than 3-6-1 an then 3-5-6 again but the original from dio is 3-5-6,, 3-6-1,, 3-6-1,, 3-1-3

look up pinch harmonics and do a harmonic tap on the third fret of the e string, for that darker tone of the song like played by killswitch i recommend drop D tuning or drop C and just using the top three strings bared with frets 0-55-0-55-0-7-8-3, then repeat etc...
