  • I work for a car rental company. Customers DO NOT realize that ummm your driving a $20,000-$50,000+ car thats NOT yours. Thats WHY we hold customers responsible for this kind of thing so we can CONTINUE to rent out a NEW LIKE car for the next customer. You don't want a cleaning fee or damage charge? Then take CARE of the damn car and you'll have nothing to worry about. Would you want someone trashing your property? Cause thats how a rental car company feels too.

  • The nice Avis lady told u not to take her picture then don't take a picture of something else you're not a news reporter

  • What a nasty dirtbag lady. Clean up after yourself bitch. This bitch strikes me as no matter where she goes she will have to complain about something, and cause a scene.

  • Comment removed

  • she sounds like a dirty lady to rent to anyway! Budget renta car !

  • i Have never had an issue after renting vehicles for many years. I always treat it like my own vehicle which is kept spotless.

  • You probably live off the government

  • I work at avis and I have to clean trashed cars all day long from people like you...get a life and learn how to keep things clean people god

  • If she asks you turn the camera off, turn the stupid camera off! Of course she was upset. You were violating her privacy.Stop playing the victim,we all know that you are in the wrong.

  • LMAO I'm amazed the Avis Lady didn't shove that camera down your fucking throat. you're a stupid cunt, and it's because of people like you that there are outrageous fees when a vehicle comes back unwashed now.

  • wow you are SOOOO annoying. I would have made you eat that camera.

  • Avis we try madder

  • Is that a Nissan quest

  • I wonder if she has that camera on a chain around her neck just ready to pounce on the next poor soul.Makes me think they brought the car back like that just so they could film what would happen. Stupid Idiots !!!!!

  • I think this woman was very smart... Now she better not rent there again for being such a pain in the ass. But whatever complaints they had disappeared after the camera switched on. And looks as though these excessive claims were not as bad as they were previously stating

  • My first job was as a Rental Sales Agent with Avis at LAX airport. Hate to narrow this down to race but most (key word there is most not all) of the people who return rentals extremely dirty are blacks followed by hispanics. And to top it off black customers are the most problematic when they are picking up a car because 80+% of the time ALL the credit cards they present decline - then employees get to hear the famous "wacha mean my credit card declined I just paid my bill"...LOL...loosers

  • @USCUSCTrojan1 I'm sorry but is this lady black or Hispanic???? Or did you just feel the need to throw that in there. I mean you feel the need to disparage black on rental car issue I wonder if any real estate agent are disparaging white homeowners for foreclosures I would say that 80+percent of homes in foreclosure are white people. And they bitch and moan too. They lost there job, can't find work it's the economy, on unemployment, the check is in the mail, bla bla bla...lol losers right

  • Yeah, you need to suck on their nut's for being a dumb bitch, whiny ass!

  • Yeah, your ass trashed the vehicle.... most of the people that return car's are so lazy and can't clean up after themselve's..... Clean the shit up before you return it, i.e. when your piece of shit kid eats cracker's and get crumb's all over the seat and spills soda on the seat and carpet, clean that shit up!!!!! Or pay the charge for being a pig!!

  • your the perfect example of a new generation obsessive camera whiny whore...white trash.

  • Man Id be pissed if you did this to me putting a camera in my face. You're not proving any point other tha. That you're a b**ch.

  • @Disma1Rea1ity Well she was right and wrong. You can take a picture or video of anyone out in a public place... As long as you are willing to chance an ass whoopin. Lol. But once they go back inside the office she can still record but she cannot show anyone's face. If they do not want her to video at all they will have to post a sign for anyone to see that no cameras or recording is all own on or in the premises.

  • @Disma1Rea1ity why rent a car ?take a cab .a 20000 dollar car rented out can bring in 100000 a year in rents and fees .without a camera its your word against thiers .

  • Hello, hy there, for the coo down here, this type of things happens only in America. I work also at Avis but in Europe. If this would to happend in europe, the person who attended the customer in that way....conclusion: you get fired and the customer gets all his money back. ........and so on....

  • @b40ace Your right it's getting crazy here in America. There was a time when it was like that here to because they valued customers and didn't want people going to the competition now they have these people who hate their job but just need it for money and these people that think that the store is theirs running off business. I have been to to Germany and Amsterdam and wow talk about friendly service, I guess that why Americans are having jobs outsourced.

  • I work at a Avis office and you want to know something..Avis works hard to have the newest low milege fleet in the industry and when customers abuse them by trashing the interiors and such they do get charged from 200.00 to 400.00 dollars depending on how much of a pig they were and its only rite because Avis do not get these cars for free to begin with and its the way it is..You got to a hotel and your trash the room what do you think they are going to do !!!

  • @scurieddie i work at avis too....n i totally agree with you...we go thru hell to keep those cars clean

  • wouldnt you be mad if you lend your brand new car to a friend and they come back with a huge stain and shit all over the place, lady you need a brain.

  • you are being bitchy here srry but you acted like an idiot the all time,, why filming this

  • Excessive and chastising...I make no wonder why they got upset. Lets find where you work and walk in , shove a camera in your face then splash it on the worldwide web.....

As said before if u did this purely for evidence, you would have blacked out their faces and not posted their faces worldwide. It seems as tho u enjoy taunting them.Regardless of laws it just shows a lack of manners and respect on your behalf

  • @Ansett76 You only have to block out peoples faces for commercial video use not private or YouTube(still private use) only things that you might get paid for. I think this woman is within her right to record this situation, as consumer we have become somehow more helpless against these companies

  • @Loudensll against 'these' companies is a bit full on considering this woman failed to return the car as it was given to her and then chooses to chastise them over it. You aren't helpless, anyone who complains loud enough these days even when they are completely at fault will usually get what they want without a camera shoved in everyones face. The issue here is pure and simple, you trash it, you pay for it...... Avis is running an expensive business, not a charity.

  • @Ansett76 I don't think you have ever really had a complaint against a product or company. Today it's a who cares we have plenty of other customers mentality. it's starting to get to the point where these companies will lie, curse at you and when you don't have proof they just deny it. I saw the video it was dirty but hardly trashed. It's like when she asked how it was excessive, and they couldn't answer. Maybe it's my colorblindness but I couldn't really see any excessive stains.

  • @Loudensll it is hard to tell from a video how bad the stains were, but regardless if the woman had the car for a day or two and it had no stains to begin with then sure she should be charged. At the end of the day, thousands of dollars are invested in the car and it has to be rented to others who may object to paying for a car full of stains. Unfortunately there a those who spend their lives trying to scam business so why shouldnt they ask for proof of a claim especially if it ivolves money?

  • Geeze lady, your a nut case. Do you tape the cashier at the grocery store when you get your change so you can make sure it is correct?

  • She didnt get an attitude she just showed you what youy are getting charged for.....and if you walk into a bussiness with a camera of course they are going to become a little angrey you have no right to tape people in a place of business.....i hope thye file charges against you for posting this video on the internet when the woman asked you to not take her picture....you are in voilation of the law.!

  • Because this was outside, people have absolutely no right to privacy. Therefore, it is legal to take pictures without permission.

  • On private property yes they do.......you know what try it go on a private premises and take a camera........

  • @ilikethis20 Exactly... That's why it is legal for paparazzi to take pictures of celebrities. If you don't want to be photographed or video taped then don't go out in public. The government will never pass a crime avaunt this as they are an offender themselves with the traffic cameras.
