I am an Australian I have lived in Florida, east and west coast.

Without question I found the Yanks very very friendly,courteous and civil.

I felt safer there than I do in Sydney ,I liked the Fl. Police FORCE and their visibility.

They have one very very dangerous habit though , Police included , they all drive on th ewrong side of the road, I tell you you have to be on your guard at all times, in peak hour there are cars coming straight at you.

This ad is so majestic. I love it. And it's interesting that they chose to do it to the tune of "I come from the land down under" because it's such a departure from the traditional "I still call Australia home" tune which has become synonymous with Qantas over the years.
