  • Great video!

  • Your neighbours must be thinkin: What the...?

Nice video, legs definitely are very important to focus on.

  • COOL HOW TO DO VID.

  • You picked the perfect song for the walking lunges. Love it!! You're so funny at 2:10. Ha ha!!

  • I see smoke everywhere, so hot! Lol

  • Haha, how not to do it! F*ck me I have some stories...

  • @MartialDriscoll You'd have more exp than me, share one :)

  • oh shit you watch TMW I assume from the "snap your shit up" annotation

  • @backsnaps1 thats what i thought too!

  • LOL! I was doing the kind at 1:36, no where I wasnt feeling any stimulation in my legs XD glad I found this channel lololo

  • It hurts a little on my groin to do this, im guessing this is from a tight groin? Or should this exercise be using my groin at all and im using some sort of wrong technique? Great tutorial btw I enjoyed this one!

  • The man

  • damn dude youre getting huge, good job, thanks for the vid

  • should i push with my back leg too? or just mainly the leg which is forward?

  • great

  • the biggest thing all my girl mates say are blokes with chicken legs and huge upper bodies are rank... chances of picking up are going up lads ;)

  • I hurt my string real bad doin this!

  • Listen to this man fellas! With stronger legs you will be able to build a bigger and more complete physique, not only that, but it will also strengthen your core and it will increase your overall strength!

    Good video Daniel!

  • I'm glad you posted this. I've been wanting to ask you for a while what you thought about lower-body training in calisthenics. So many vids of calisthenics show lots of muscle ups and dips and fancy pull ups and stuff, but there's no leg work. How much do you work legs? Do you think you work them sufficiently considering they're bigger muscles and they can take more load in the long run?

  • @findthemonthefloor Generally once a week, but I do them hard!

To be honest with you, I am going to start incorporating heavy squats to increase my power, possibly deadlifts too. However, this is one of my good mass builders for my quads and glutes without too much weight at home.

  • Hey mate great vid again, with the walking lunges what's the best way to tone up the legs without bulking them up? Meaning should i do it with weights or without.

    Cheers

  • @Hax0rJr Just train hard, your legs won't get massive unless you take in huge amounts of calories.

No problem buddy thanks for watching.

  • First! :D
