Some people keep their dogs tied up 24/7 because they got no idea or can't be bothered. Some people keep their dogs tied up 24/7 because it makes them feel big. Some people, but not you. You would have your own very sound reasons wouldn't you?
Good god, I am so sick of reading comments about his chain. How about he get himself a smaller chain or a cable and lets see how long that lasts. When it knots, the dog chews through it or snaps it then what? His dog will run loose around town. His dogs have shelter, food, water and a clean yard. I see nothing wrong with having your dogs outside as long as they have the right affection time/time off the chain (like walks etc), food, water.
@ObscurelyNyappy man...if you want to have dogs you shud provide conditions fot them,not chains!!!!!!my dogs are never on chains and they dont " run loose around town"....but...never the less...these are is dogs,not mine...so.... i have the opinion that no animal deserve to bee tied up,and even less to bee with a monster chain like that......
@hell76lv Yes the chain may be a BIT big but I would rather see that then some TINY chain that the dog would snap in an instant and be able to go out and impregnate random bitches and stir up trouble. The chain spots are VERY clean, they have nice house, water, shade and are not thin. They are beautiful and my dogs don't spend their life on a chain and I didn't say I support that but there is NOTHING wrong with what I see as long as they have proper interaction and socialization.
@ObscurelyNyappy the problem here is the wooden fence....i have a brick and cement wall up to my stomach and a steel fence on top for my dogs(i have a pit and a rhodesian ridgeback)....these dogs are clearly in good hands and are well taken care of...still...the chain man,the chain...no need for that!!!!!! take care,best of luck!!!!
@hell76lv I agree but perhaps they are on the chain due to the wooden fence. It is good you have the extra security for your animals and such. I do thinks he/she is doing a good job with these dogs though I do not think they are APBTs more like American Bullies but regardless of that fact I do not think a chain is irresponsible and mine have been on one and love going out to be on the chain spot rather then sit inside and be cooped up.
The dog needs more exercise I take it, thats whats up with the holes dude.
