  • non si sente un cazz strunz

  • du u use floppy disks or zip disks?

  • Compact flash cards.

  • How do I run a MIDI so that I'm using my MPC 2000 for drums ONLY? I want to continue to use my Fantom for my strings. Basically I want to lay my drums in the MPC then play my strings on my Fantom.

  • U gotta go out from your mpc whether it be A or B and into your fantom rack mount. If its a keyboard go out from the mpc into your fantom and out from your fantom into your mpc. You can pick from 16 diff instruments either a or b so that whatever sounds you pick will play off the mpc's sequencer. Midi will trigger the fantom and "drum" will trigger whatever sounds are loaded into your mpc. I hope that helps

  • what keyboard is that, that u used

  • ur pretty good man

  • did this guy say he's a beginner?

  • Did he record audio or midi from the sound module to the MPC?

  • nice work

  • as much as I don't like him, but I can see 50 on this track........Vicious beat

  • what 3 sound modules are those?

  • fantom,motif,proteus 2000

  • Killa Beat mayne... So how did the class react???

  • nice beat man...i see you have a extra keyboard is one for sounds

  • powerfull

  • Great beat really

  • Hey mane, I have seen you perfect your art over the last year in a half. Keep it up! Sounds good!

  • that's sick yo. keep it up

  • /watch?v=_z1DK8pGolQ

  • What kinda module is that?Big up's!thats sick, are u making beats for good cash yet?u definetly good enuf man!!!!

  • A what up FaT TrAK yo i been making beats for a lil while but i only use a keyboard (fantom)

and i seen alot of ya tracks i was wondering sence u use th 2000xl and boon dock uses the mpc1000 what one do u like better cause im thinking of buying an mpc

  • hi FaT TrAk !

can you tell me how you have connected and setup the mpc 2000XL like sequenceur whit your keyboard

    (i have a syntétiseur and mpc 2500)

because i would like to make sound just like you

    thank you

  • what's good akatag. The way I did the XL with the keyboard and the 2500 with the keyboard is: go out from your midi controller or keyboard via midi out into your mpc. Whatever sounds are on the pads will be on the keys. Then just go out from your mpc midi into your sound modules. I hope that helps

  • thank you for you help faTTrack !

and HAPPY NEW YEAR MAN !!!

  • How long have u been making beats??

  • Around 3 years. 2 were for learnin and a year now that i'm progressin. And I'm still progressin and learnin everyday.

  • bro do u sell beats?how much?im interested!get back!

  • big up to boonie and fat track! biggest producers on youtube

  • For two years. It took me a good year to learn and get decent at it and I'm still learnin everyday.

  • how long have u been makin beats using the mpc

  • Awesome Beat, Mayne.

Keep doing your Thing. I´m looking forward for new Videos, u know what i´m saying ... - Greetz from Germany

  • yo that beat is hot i can see busta rymes or 50 cent or young jezzy or the game on this beat

    the beat is on fire

  • You nice wid tha beats fa real bro. Good luck dude...you deserve some major label love son. Yes!

  • the drum samples are stretched ?

  • what does that mean?

  • homie it was wrong to first use the emu orchestra hit hahaha, you got way better modules there

  • Sounds get re-used many times. I just copped it that day and wanted to use somethin different from what I was usin in my beats..

  • I Use Fl And I got A mpd 16 Could I chop 1/16 like you and boon doc do?

  • Hi Fat Trak. I was wondering what sound modules you use I see the motif but what are the other two. Thanks man

  • the emu proteus 2000 , fantom xr, and the motif rack es

  • nice beat ;] this would sound good in a movie w/ suspense! dope.

  • hey god i just copped an mpc 2000 i have songs and sequenes saved up i just wanna know how to get them on cd and what not like what programs or cords i need to get the music out the box lol?

  • you will need some balanced 1/4 inch cords that will connect to a midi/audio interface that will take the sounds from the mpc and track them into the computer that runs a program like logic, pro tools, cubase, or sonar. And then you can burn it on a cd from the computer

  • haha this is nice and is that boondoc making a beat in the backround???

  • yo i saved up 2000 dollars and wanna cop a mpc. i fooled around wit the 500 b4. and already got turntables and key board. but yo which mpc shuld i get to start off.?

  • I would a say a mpc 1000. Because the 500 has less pads so if youre in to sampling you'll probably ''run out of pads''. But I don't know very much about it.

  • yeah definetly the 1000 dont get the 500 it may limit you too much

  • i use this video everyday as a inspiration and put on my mpc...

    thx for that fAt sTuFf

  • haha I think I hear boon doc on the background XDXDXDXD. cool beat though

  • Love the beat ALOT, this shits crazy....i dont know how you can make a beat this good and be a beginner i really dont 5 stars for this for sure. peace out and keep up the way more than good work

  • for someone just learnin, i'd say your making better beats than a lot of the producers in the game right now. Cant wait to hear what you do next

  • HOW???

  • Can a sound module be used with a

    Yamaha PSR Es-313 keyboard?

  • rack on controller keyboard??

  • The midi controller and the mpc trigger what sounds are played in the sound module (rack)

  • Peace Fat Track! I just finished checking out your other videos and, the jointz with Boon Doc. Ya'll killing shit for real! I have a question for you. I know you using a midi keyboard to trigger your sound racks my question is what rack are you using for bass notes specificly? If you could get back to me I'd really appreciate it.

    Peace and Blessings

  • ThankS Supernova777.. I'm usin the motif rack for my bass notes...

    GoD BLeSS

    FaT TrAk

  • Good looking out son. I'll catch you on the flip.

  • dog this beat is dope as helllllllll! the keyboard ur usin looks like a regular midi keyboard, are you recording what ur playing on the keyboard into your mpc? if so how did u do that? i got a oxygen 61 keybrd and an mpc 2000, if that helps.

  • Thanks Blpro. Its a 61 key midi controller. Have the midi out from your midi controller goin into the mpc midi in. That will allow you to have the same sounds on the pads to be on the keys as well. Have your midi out from the mpc goin into a sound module A or B and you can pick 16 diff sounds from 2 diff sound modules.

    GoD BLeSS

    FaT TrAk

  • this'll sound dumnb but sound modules...can someone explain what they are? how they work? and what they do?

  • ha.. they're racks wit sounds which he uses to sequence in the MPC, its basically like the hardware version of VST plug ins (virtual studio instruments). sick beat Trak!

  • Dj Greenz is right Lokylok204. They're where I get any instrument (sound) i want to use along with my drums or sampled beat.

    GoD BLeSS

    FaT TrAk

  • nice track yo

  • man your good its funny cuz u are the first one i seen to make a beat with out sample i wanna see boon doc do that too lol

  • good job maynee....peace

  • yo fat trak... howd u manage to use that 1 midi keyboard wit all 3 of those sound modules if the mpc2000xl only has 2 midi ins n outs? im tryna do the same setup wit my shit?

  • very cool

How much for all the system need????

    plz

  • How much for the beat or for how much I got all my equipment?

  • not really feelin this....then again I ain't really a synth kinda guy....

  • Yo FAT Trak I just wanted to give you props on the beats there tight.

  • nasty joint

  • I dont get it,why does every time when I record something simple like a sample I can't strech like add another sample....

  • damn, pretty impessive, it's kind of a rnb beat, not realy into it, but it's made in like 5 minutes, wish i could do that stuff

  • show how we producers do it

  • m-audio keystation.. im rockin the 88 key joint.

  • wut kinda keyboard is that?

  • that beat sounds soo sick...nice

  • sick beat man u and boon doc are my inspiration.

  • dAVID YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

  • and howd you mute certain sounds..did you put each one on a different track i saw you holdin pads down and it would mute sounds...

  • that one was sick..aye i got a mpc 2000xl too and i cant figure out how to turn down the sound while its INSIDE the mpc..is that what you did in here or did i miss understand? letme know..nice beat

    one love

  • nice to see the progress

  • man all you need is a label like interscope and you good man keep this hoooott shitt upp

  • Big Up Fat Trakkkk !!

    very Kool Man ! =)

  • 1000000000000000% HOT!!!

  • ur shit b hot but i wasnt really likin the the final product it sounded a bit ova produced but it still good shit

  • How did you set up your proteus and MIDI controller to your MPC using the mixer? how do you do get it so you can use different sounds from the proteus on the MPC?

    this beat is hard.

  • Mainstream....?

Whats mainstream about this beat? This shit is raw as hell.

Keep hitting us with them beats.

    Peace

  • raw as hell

  • your beats sound more mainstreem if you know what i mean

    i like em though

    -real-

  • Great

It Sounds Like Boon Doc Is Making A Beat In The Background

  • Damn this shit sounds like Vikings need to be in the video :)

  • My dude, What genre of music do you usually try to get records from for your samples? You are comin up in the game and your beats real cold.

  • For samples I get anything that catches my ear fam. Usually I stick to 70's but I've been samplin a lot of different feelin stuff like arabic or even polka soundin like stuff I kno it sounds wack but I try to do somethin a little different and if the beat comes out wack ima try again. 70s is the best tho

  • arabic and polka soca, african, japanese never sounds wack. keep being creative all these other

clowns sound the same boring!!! man bring some

fresh around the world heat peace out

  • Fasho stay up man.

  • ayo i need to cop ma module i was wondering wat is a good one to buy wit good shit u know

  • yo my man what'up?

what i need to get the tracks(beats) out from the mpc2000xl to CD?

  • What's good Kenfrika, you gotta record your beats into pro tools or any program that will allow you to bounce the track as a wave file to put into itunes or windows media player. I hope that helps man

    GoD BLeSS

    FaT TrAk

  • Fizznire Doggy

  • thank you for bringing that real shit!!!! thank you so much!!! that's that real shit!

    FaT TrAk

  • nice man u got an ear for it keep up the good work

  • what about mpc 1000 pad problems or have you used mv 8000

  • mv 8000 I personally don't use. I've tried it out but didn't like it. Mpc for me is where it's at. the newer 1000 's have the pad upgrades so to me that would be the best bet

  • fat trak which is better mpc 1000 or mpc 2000xl

  • r we listening 2 the same thing..lol j/k

  • Blood ... Keep it up it getsd better.

    Blessed

  • I can't front, thats a hot track.

  • That is dope man you are a good producer!

  • man if i get my hands on that equiptment i'd be bombin lol, nice shit tho bro

  • Yo man I been checkin your page you tight with it keep it up one suggestion tho put some artist on your tracks go all the way with being a producer your good DAMN! GOOD just keep it going

  • so you have the yamaha motif for your sound module? is that what you would recommend? im looking at some modules and damn they are costly, but if they get it lal done, i might have to invest in one...

Great work, i really am liking your stuff and i hope you come out with some more videos soon

  • Thanks man. Yeah I got the Es Rack mount.. I would recommend anything that your ear likes to hear for you to come out with for your music. Investing in one is well worth it though. You get what you pay for in music equipment . for sure. Check ebay they got great deals.

  • hey man like the video iam new to producing what equipment do u recommend to go wit the mpc i appreciate it

  • Any rack mount that fits your style of production. As well as a recording program such as pro-tools , cubase, or logic so you can track your beats out , a midi controller and a turntable with the mixer so you can sample. That should set you up pretty straight. GoD BLeSS

  • My favorite video... u were on myspace lol

  • look at his laptop wen its on the screen

  • nice track Fat..

  • yo man was boonie makin a beat at the same time you were i heard some background music there. nonetheless liked the track man had a nice emperial china theme to it.

  • tight track.

  • nice vid mannn liked it very much;)

can i ask a question? how do you link up the midi controller, the rack, and sync it to the mpc? damn, i didn't have yet my motif rack, but i've been trying to use reason as a sound module and and i cant sync it to the mpc. can you give me a light about it? if you can, send me a message, i'll be very aprecciated:)

    Big Up from Portugal!!! SizZa

  • thanks man.. first you gotta have your midi out from the akai to the in on the motif rack.. have the out from your midi controller goin into your mpc.. which allows you to have sounds on the pads and keys... reason with the mpc is tough i'm not too sure about that one.

  • question for you fat ..do you have to get the sound module/motif if you buy the midi m-audio keyboard cuz i need that.right now i am just working with my mpd24 yo..and if i wanna get down on the melodies it's hard witht he pads of course..get back at me when u can.. good stuff man

  • I would go ahead and purchase a sound module... unless you're usin a computer program to make your beats. if you do I would just connect your mpd24 along with your midi controller and make beats with your computer program that way. if you don't you'd have to get a sequencer like the mp or whatever one that has midi outs. Hope that helps GoD BLeSs

  • heyyo man, nice shit...I feel you man....ma mpc 4000 is coming in tomorrow...tell me, do you think 4000 is better than a 2000 XL, 1000 or 3000?? Someone told me that the only difference is in the quality of the sound...thanks, keep doing ya thang boy!!! ~HIP~1~HOP~

  • To me, I believe that any mpc you got except for the 500 .. you'll be satisfied with any one of them. the 4000 is a beast tho. I personally like the xl cuz i use it but to each is own. you'll be happy you got one for real. GoD BLeSS

  • u can he boon doin some shit in the background in the next room or somthing dope track tho u should do some more videos man

  • You hot! str8t up, Keep doing what u do, real talk

  • What Fat Trak and Booney May! I had a pleasure in watching yall grow on this site! Can't wait till I can jump on here with my sounds and vid's! Fat you coming around Homie! I like the trak! See yall on here in a couple months when I get back from KUWAIT! Keep inspiring the up and coming!

  • Damn Do. Your Beats are right ill. make me wanna Spit some Lyrics on that.

  • What midi is that ur using? and where can i get some sounds for a midi as well as for da mpc 1000? I know u go to bangin beats but i got vista and everything aint compatible

  • its an m audio midi controller. to get sounds you can get any rack mount sound module that you think would best fit your style of production. right now i don't know how to use vst's with my mpc but i'ma get into it eventually so i couldn't tell you about the compatibility.

  • Thanks again man for taking the time! every bit of info helps You and mizphit helping me out more than u know. The inspiration is crazy bruh once i'm finally set up ima send u some shit

  • get the program called "reason" it has a bunch of virtual racks that you can control via midi from your MPC sequencer, you can also use a keyboard if you connect it to mpc via midi.. i also suggest getting "recycle" so you can chop your samples and save them as rex2 files, and then load them up in a reason sampler (i prefer nnxt). good luck.

  • So this is who's been makin' EMINEM's beats? I was wonderin' who was ghostin' for chicka chicka SLIM SHADY

  • Yo! That was sick! I had no idea you were that good :)

  • i like the style of your scratch beats...you can tell you have sampling skills and you use them in your beats made from scratch...GOODSHITakimushrooms

  • whats that orchestra sound!??! and in what module is it?!? Thanks! And great beat by the way!!! ;)

  • yo is that dynaudio bm5a monitors?

  • nice, keep that up man.

    Dj Seven

  • Another great beat from you.
