  • did both neighbours pay 50%?

  • @mississauga0909 Unfortunetly, no. I paid the full amount. About $1,000 for the fence. I didn't even ask the neighbor because I already know he's a cheap landlord and won't even fix a bit pot hole in the driveway the tenants use. He doesn't even give the tenant's a phone number to call for communication. I had all to gain with the fence (because my back yard is so large), and he all to lose (additional parking for the rear tenant).

  • how is tension wire installed? is there a special tool to get it tight and twisting at end?

  • Awesome video! ...What is the name of the background song?

  • Cool video, well done. The time-lapse worked really well. Sweet tune, too. Regards from Canada.

  • Looks like the gate was hung sideways. Looks like you put in a lot of time with this one.

  • @fixafencellc Right you are about the gate. lol. I read the gate as 48" x 48" but in actuality, the gate was 42" x 48". Rather than track down a 48" x 48" I put it sidways. The MAIN purpose of the fence was to keep cars from driving all over my property.

  • @DecalfxVideos There are two rental properties with an asphalt driveway partially on my lot. Both lots used to owned by one person, hence the bad installation of the driveway. I cut on the property line all the way down so the neighbor or I could repair our own driveway without affecting the other side.

Also, I have plans in the future so I cut a second line on my side for future landscaping and easy asphalt removal.
