@jtran65 - The brand of thick soy sauce I use is Koon Chun and it comes in a 10 oz glass jar. It has very little taste, mainly used for coloring as in sauces and gravies. In a pinch if you don't live close to an asian store you can use "kitchen bouquet" or a similar product, hope this helps!
