Well, he is trying to demystify AS programming, its true that many Newcomers get frustrated by the Lingo and sometimes "illogical" structures, he is trying to put it to a Regular level, but you are right, he cannot say "those Geeks at Adobe..." because he is a Consumer too, he is NOT one of the Makers... also id like to add that those "Geeks" are not trying to be "Geeks" like some people i know, or even Impress anyone, they are doing their Job, and they do an Amazing one!
