  • @leo

I suggest you should try the program

    offered by the site

    MuusclesMaximizer. info

because it was designed around four

    simple to understand formulas which

will help you achieve your body

building goals within a short period

of time. I myself did try it and it works

    so well.

  • Vegetables also offer proteins...in that video, there were a ton of carbs along with the protein he was describing! On one hand, he's correct, that you don't have to eat eggs/chicken/beef for protein...but the limited alternatives he showed left much to be desired, just saying.

  • How much protein can our body digest per meal? I heard excess protein gets flushed out. Is this information correct?

  • Nice kitchen. Thanks for the info.

  • are you saying plant protein is a good as animal protein? because plant protein doesn't contain the 8 essential amino acids vitel for muscle hypertrophy, that's why bodybuilsers consume animal protein.

  • @IDMWEIGHTSIDM quinoa, a grain, ( which i suppose isnt a plant protein) contains all essential a.a.

  • egg white 16 calories 5 grams of protein bread 80 calories 7 grams wich isbetter

    6egg whites 30 grams of protein bread 2slices 130 calories 14 grams

  • @Bobby25ification Actually, an egg's protein is divided almost evenly between the yolk and the white. And since most of the protein in the white is actually used to protect the embroy aka the yolk, your body has a hard time assimilating the nutrients in it. Just eat a whole egg and you're good.

  • Tuna burger--ingredients: tuna, eggs, salt, black pepper, n boom fry-little oil tho-granola oil preferable.. haha i know nothin bout nutrition but i manage to keep my six pack eating this once in a while.

  • Again each type of protein, be it vegetable or animal protein, has its own BV or biological value. All proteins were not created equal.

  • i love egggs

  • thanks for this video, its true most people worry to much about protein buying protein shakes, when there is protein in alot of foods you eat(besides meat)~erica

  • Well how much protein does a bread have ?

  • sometimes 6 grams

  • Somethimes 6 grams in what ?? 100 gram of bread or 5 kilograms of bread ???

  • sometimes 6 grams in 1 slice whatever that is, honestly does it matter i don't know anyone with protien deficiencys so why all the worry~erica

  • but shouldnt we avoid the white flour pasta and eat something whole grain instead?

  • yep, you should avoid anything with white flour including any form of baked goods.

  • you missed the point

  • no I understand the point but I was saying IF we HAVE THE OPTION and we are not at a buddy's house who is serving white pasta, if we should avoid it if we can. Or should we just eat white flour all the time if we want.

  • awesome vid brad!

I have always tried to find vids like this ..thanks

  • They all have the roughly the same source... most bakery goods have protein and eggs as main ingredients.

  • Brad, what about amino acid profiles of the "non-protein food" foods? Could pasta and bread really be a sufficient source of protein?

    Thanks

  • Very interesting, BP. I remember you remember you posting about this on your blog and/or twitter. Be interesting to see a comparison of meat-based and meat-free meals from a protein perspective...
