Josh should have C.L.R'd it, it might not fix the leak but it will make your facet run like new, and your shower head, NP, CLR makes it shine like it was just out of the package :P
If this upload doesn't motivate the maintenance guy to fix the perennial drip, tell him you're turning him in to the the "save the spotted toad" nuts at the E.P.A.- that wasted water could have quenched the thirst of thousands of little toads and he'll probably get the death penalty. Naturally, the extreme left doesn't believe in capital punishment for killing a person but the "spotted toad" that's a different story... If that doesn't get him going, start talking about the mold remediation...
