Make 1 big long track with 2 stations next to each other, go to teh station options, click "Synchronize"

wait, I am confused, you make this by making 1 layout, then a 2cnd station, how do you sync it?

You just make it one long track that crosses over somewhere. Then, when you have 2 stations, go to the station menus by double clicking the station pieces, and check the "sync stations" box.
