Sometimes it's easy to make a choice, but hard to know how to do it :)

I believe that it is an ongoing and unfolding journey that can begin with a simple intention to become more heart-centred followed by supportive grounded actions. These can include deep breathing, meditation, yoga, developing a stronger connection with your guides/angels, god (via meditation/prayer) and learning how to remain in the now as you go about your day.
@CeltsClaire When you go about your day from this heart centred space your day will unfold in a different way to when you are not. It will flow, you will experience a greater sense of peace and guidance and support. If you experience a challenging person/ event that throws you out of this space...then that is when you have the opportunity to develop forgiveness/trust/faith/compassion. Its a journey,so be gentle on yourself. Just know, the heart is always there for you to retreat if you need it

rawph0enix *hugs* ... thanks so much for sending me this video... the message, the imagery and energies are all so beautiful <3 I have a question to any or all who'd take interest... what is your best advice on how to open your heart, make the choice and live from that heart centered consciousness ... how do you do it as you go about your average day ? Sometimes it's easy to make a choice, but hard to know how to do it :)

I believe that it is an ongoing and unfolding journey that can begin with a simple intention to become more heart-centred followed by supportive grounded actions. These can include deep breathing, meditation, yoga, developing a stronger connection with your guides/angels, god (via meditation/prayer) and learning how to remain in the now as you go about your day.

@CeltsClaire When you go about your day from this heart centred space your day will unfold in a different way to when you are not. It will flow, you will experience a greater sense of peace and guidance and support. If you experience a challenging person/ event that throws you out of this space...then that is when you have the opportunity to develop forgiveness/trust/faith/compassion. Its a journey,so be gentle on yourself. Just know, the heart is always there for you to retreat if you need it
