I am dealing with a similar situation with my non profit wildlife rescue with the USDA. We refused to obtain thier zoo permit. We are not a zoo. We release our animals when they are ready. They took away all our methods of raising money. We still refused the permit. Now they are fabricating charges against us, threatening us with HUGE fines. Wildlife intended for release are not listed in their regulations manual and we cant afford their requirements. They have no jurisdiction. They dont care.

This tyranny will only stop when we remove the immunity from prosecution that protects federal agents. When they're hauled in front of a jury of the Sackett's peers and found guilty of depriving the Sacketts of their rights, which is a USC violation, and THE EPA AGENTS are fined and imprisoned, then we'll have justice, rights, and the rule of law again.

In my deed to My property the Massachusetts government has listed me and possibly everyone else as tenants of the property we purchased. Not even the owners of the property. I guess if you have to pay property taxes for the rest of your life its actually some branch of government who owns it an we just rent it from them. This is sick.

@TheLibertyLibrary not really sure what it means by possibly everyone else as tenants, but I personally don't mind property taxes because I know that it is for the infrastructure of the state, public schools and other state funding. Though I think states are bad with money, not nearly as bad as the federal government, and at least I have some degree of ability to have a say in localized government.

@Dethreid If you dont own your property you dont have certain rights to your property. If your state owns your property then it limits your rights to that property. It justifies their actions on their property and limits yours. How about a sales tax on property and thats it? Everything we do in this state is taxed with the exception of unprepared food and clothing so revenue on state n local level should be there. I do appreciate your views and thoughts.
