Are you sure? Why would the USSR, which broke up in 1991, be mentioned in Constantinescu's treaty signed in 1997?

Romania recognized the frontline of USSR on Ukraine, because the Ukraine and Moldova are the succesors of USSR, that treaty was signed with Moldova too, Romania to recognize the frontline of Moldova as frontline of USSR because Moldova and Ukraine are it's succesor.

Romania will never sign a treaty wich will make the romanian nation to recognize the Molotov-Ribbbentrop pact.
