hey david, sorry if u'r so upset about it. i work in both maccas n kfc. itz the regulation. thatz what our manager told us to do. if we give more than that n they know, we'll get into trouble. so if u want more ketchup, just ask for it. so if our manager asks, we can tell them that u ask for it, n we wont get into trouble.

btw, i always ask for "a handful of ketchup" for my fries. thatz quite effective.
