@ThakoManic interestingly enough, I think that the Blood Ravens are a descendant chapter of the imperial fists, because in alot of the books, games, and (other), blood ravens seem to have some connection to them. For example, Rogals Fist wep in Dow 1 for FC, blood ravens omnibus refrences to rogal dorn, and some black templar book that mentioned the blood ravens as sons of dorn. even then these are all kinda vague, but this is my opinion

@Mikenike142 They could be. Which would only make me like Imp Fist and the Blood Ravens even more. To me Imp Fist are better then Ultra Marines (Who basicly sit back and did nothing in alot of random major battles) Im happy with the FPS Space Marine made Ultra Marines look Better in my eyes (Captain Titus, That other guy is Lames however that reports you and all) If they made more Ultramarines and such seem like Titus I would have liked Ultramarines but ... They mostly seem Cocky to me XD

I know that a new recruit for the Space Marines have to be 16 to 18 years old. But, is it possible that an Imperial Guardsmen, age 30 to 50, could be recruited as a Space Marine? Could he handle the generic implants at that age? Im sure there are some Guardsmen that have earn their worth to become Space Marines.

@HolyVegeta Marines are recruited much younger than 16 to 18. Marine aspirants must be selected before puberty so that the implants grow with them. I should think 13 is the latest for a boy to begin the journey to becoming an Astartes. by 18 a man is inducted into the scouts and then awarded his black carapace.

30 to 50 is much too old to be considered for Astartes selection.
