this phone is not tht good except for its built quality of gorrila glass screen display etc. It has 512mb of storage which sucks.. that also means that you can only download a limited amount of apps before your memory runs out and android 2.1 eclair doesn't support your apps going to your Sd card. buy the galaxy or the droid razr not this

@GetMoreCurve take it to either telus shop or any local cell phone repairing shop that unlock the phones too. they usually have either the unlock codes or the softwares to unlock the phone by connecting it to pc. if you are from brampton i can tell you where to go but out of brampton you have to look for the cell phone repair and unlocking shops. or get an unlock code from ebay. search on kijiji, craigslist etc. good luck

i currently have this phone and if you want it, please take my advice and not get the charm. i've had problem after problem after problem. turning off while on the phone, slow as hell, can't add any apps because the storage space suck, and it takes forever to turn on and load. i've had it for almost a year now and cannot wait to get a new phone!

I like the phone but it hasn't even been a year yet and it's already lagging horribly. It's ironic because they gave me a bigger battery that's supposedly supposed to give me more battery life when it gets to 5% in less then 6 hrs. Everytime I charge it, it uncharges, charges again, then uncharges and I'm not even holding it. It also freezes up and turns off on it's on a lot! The comet shouldn't be running Froyo since its really underpowered so its worse. Honestly the Charm could have been a great phone but without the support its never gonna shine.
