  • You are so encouraging renee and I admire your boldness for Christ! Im going to be starting my first sem of RN school on Feb 6th! Kinda Nervous, blessings to you

  • @lynseylohr Thank you so much! I really do wish you the best!

  • Renee, i enjoyed your video very much. I need advice. I am freaking out about my science grades and making the nursing program. I am in my beginning second semester of college, pre nursing, and i got a C in chemistry :( is there any hope for me getting into a program?

  • @hadzzyb14 yes, there's still hope for you! Try to make up for that C by making A's and B's in anatomy!!

  • I agree with your tips. I just recently applied to my school's nursing program. I currently hold a 3.9 GPA and passed my TEAS with a 85% overall on the first try. Only thing left is doing the interview that my school requires. Hopefully, I will be accepted. Keeping my fingers crossed. But I agree, that nursing programs are very competitive, and the better you look on paper, the better your chances of being accepted. At least that is what my advisor tells me. I guess I'll see if this is true!

  • @ashtonkayden your GPA is outstanding! I wish you the best!!

  • @Renee4christ Thanks prepare for many more comments from me as a watch all your videos lol ! You have officially inspired me.

  • Great video ! I will be applying for nursing school next year and I am scared to death ! My GPA this semester is 3.0 and I feel that it won't meet my college's standards. I'm scared but I know that I can do it if I put my ALL in.

  • @midniqht31 your last sentence is all you need to tell yourself!!

  • @midniqht31 Awesome! I'll be on the lookout!

  • I'm taking my TEAS test on Wednesday, and I'm not feeling to well about it, but this video picked me up a little! thank you soo much!

  • @ForeverVannah18 Awesome! How did you do?

  • Renee, my fellow FL Nursing peep! Just watched this video, good stuff... You said you applied to nearly every FL school... would you mind sharing which school responded with what? (You can PM me if you want instead) Ty!

  • @L8onL8on Sure thing! I was waitlisted for FGCU in Fort Meyers and denied at the other schools that I applied to ( I mention all of them in my "Journey to nursing school" video... I think it's my 2nd video).

  • Thank you for the advice!

  • @4islandbeauty No problem!!

  • do you think its possible to work part time be a mom of two children and go to school be a nurse people was there anyone at your class likethat

  • @dijornopizza oh most definitely! I had classmates that worked full-time with 4 kids and made it though! You can do it!!

  • Thanks for making this video. I believe that God sent this video to me because I was just talking about how my Biology AP 1 class took a huge and emotional toll on me and I found this. I passed the class but I have to say it was with the help of God. Now I'm in my second year of college and looking forward to do good in my classes and prerequisite classes with the help of God. Your video really made me more motivated and made me feel good about the rest of my years of college and nursing program

  • @cRaZyA733 aww.. thank you so much! I wish you the best!

  • Thanks so much for this video!

  • @OreoAnne You are welcome!

  • Yeah I live in California and the nursing schools are SO impacted. I attend a private nursing school where the total cost is $135k

  • @TotallyAwwwesome That is CRAZY!!!

  • Wow! How ironic. I was in an accident my first semester too. Totaled my car and was hospitalized, but God brought me through it.

  • @hdryver Yeah, it's crazy how things happen, but thank God we made it through Heather!!

  • I know what you mean about staying focus, i lost my son when i was 5 months pregnant in September of this year and it was the second week of school. I give all the praise to God that He brought me through it and i passed my nursing classes with good grades.

  • @Yawmarie87 I am so sorry to hear that.. shows the strength and resilency you have to keep going. If you can make it through that crisis, you can make it through anything during the program.. I can't imagine.

  • im currently doing CNA but i plan on becoming an RN soon..but thanks for all your tips and videos :) they are really helping me on what to expect for nursing school..

  • @ashleydude37 Thank you Ashley and I wish you the best in your nursing journey. Working as a CNA leading up to nursing school is one of the best things you'll ever do :)

  • Okay OH MY GOD, your hair is freaking too cute! And thank you soo much!

  • @NurseNacole LOL! Thanks Nacole! I love your's too! I may lock mine's up one of these days! Enjoy your winter break! You deserve it!
